About the Gallery
The Brooklyn Artisans
Gallery is a cooperative of local artists who own, created for and operate our
Gallery. We carry an eclectic selection of quality, handmade fine
crafts. The Gallery, an oasis
filled with a wonderful variety of items, has gifts for all occasions.
We offer a personalized and relaxing shopping experience and an
opportunity to speak directly with our artist members.
Our artists can
and welcome custom orders. We can
customize one of our designs to suite your particular tastes with respect to
size, color or design as appropriate. We
can also develop a unique one of a kind piece made to your desires and
specifications.
In addition to our
artist members, pottery by Judy and Shelly Bieber, pottery by Matt Yanchuck,
Stained Glass by Ronnee Peters and Wood by Mike Spezzaferro, we carry the works
of approximately fifty fine craft artists.
The following are typical of the variety of crafts that are available:
Functional and Decorative Pottery, Hand Painted Silk Scarfs, Stained
Glass, Wood, Jewelry in a large variety of mediums, Leather Items, Stemware,
Metal works, Pillows, Ties and Note Cards.
We also have a large selection of Judaica created by our artist members
and consignors.
The Gallery is
located at the corner of Court and Warren Streets in the Historical Cobble Hill
section of Brooklyn, a brownstone lined neighborhood close to downtown Brooklyn,
on a shopping street noted for its ethnic food stores, restaurants, cafes,
antique stores, music shop and movie theater.
The Gallery is Convenient to Manhattan and public transportation.
